Alana was formerly the chef/owner of Alana’s Food and Wine in North Columbus, Ohio. With the help of her husband Kevin, the sommelier, and wonderful co-workers they created a daily menu for 17 years.

She first apprenticed under Chef Hubert in Columbus and went on to be the chef at David’s on Main. Then on to New Orleans to work with Emeril Lagasse.
